Amy Sczepanik, MA, is a fourth-year doctoral extern pursuing her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree at Adler University. Throughout her training, Amy has built a strong foundation in individual and group therapy, as well as psychological assessment. She has gained experience working in private practice settings and teaching in special education environments.
Amy is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adolescents and adults. She takes a client-centered, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. Amy integrates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and humanistic approaches. She strives to create a space where clients feel valued, heard, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
