Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
We strive to make counseling visits affordable. As such, we are in-network with most major insurance companies. We will gladly verify your mental health benefits and submit insurance claims on your behalf.

Nutritional Services
Initial Consultation Session (60 minutes) -$125: During your first session a full assessment of your health and medical history, current eating habits/preferences, overall lifestyle and personal goals will be reviewed to identify your nutrition needs. Your dietitian will ask you to fill out a few forms prior to your appointment. This will allow them to efficiently pinpoint the nutritional areas that may need improvement. You will work together to find an individual and realistic approach to nutrition that fits within your lifestyle, schedule, and goals. Our registered dietitians are looking forward to helping you become your best and happiest self.
Follow Up Consultation Session (45 minutes) – $100: Why follow up? Follow up appointments not only help to keep you accountable, but provide you with the necessary support to continue to meet your nutrition objectives. During your follow up appointments, you will check up on your goals, address any issues or concerns, and troubleshot how you can best make your healthy lifestyle changes sustainable.
Follow Up Appointments (30 minutes): 1 sessions: $75 | 3 sessions: $200
Meal Planning Assistance: Meal Plan w/ Personalized Calorie & Macronutrient Recommendations:
– 1 week, 1 meal: $65
– 1 week, 2 meals: $120
– 1 week, 3 meals: $165
– Healthy Snacks: $20, $10 add-on to any meal plan
* Initial consultation required to discuss health goals and any medical conditions
Grocery Store Tour (60 minutes) – $150: Become a better grocery shopper by discovering what is healthy at the store. Allow our dietitians to take the stress away by meeting you at a grocery store of your choice.

Additional Information:
Payment is collected at the time of service. A billing sheet will be provided after each session that may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement option through your insurance provider. Credit cards, HSA/FSA, and checks are accepted. Fees are subject to change.
