Alina Pittman is a Registered Dietitian, R.D., and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University. Alina has vast experience working as a Clinical Dietitian giving her the opportunity to help with the healing and recovery of the patients she serves. She has developed and utilized her skills and abilities to counsel patients on making behavior modifications and lifestyle changes to help them meet their health and nutrition goals. This role has enhanced her knowledge of a variety of diseases and health issues, particularly the physiological and biological processes that are involved.
Alina understands the value of support and accountability when embarking on a new health journey, in order to create long-term and sustainable changes. She believes in an integrative approach to health and wellness, providing patient-centered care, knowing that one’s relationship with food can be impacted by many factors. Being able to participate in this journey with her clients kindles her passion for helping others be empowered to achieve their goals, have a healthy relationship with food, and an improved quality of life.
