Ann holds a Master’s Degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Social Work. She has experience in every level of care from inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Patient, Private practice, and within the medical setting. She has over 20 years of experience working in the mental health and medical field. She has worked with adolescents through adulthood. She works with individuals and families and has experience with groups as well. Her passion is working with clients who are struggling with Grief and Loss, Life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, school/college struggles, self esteem and codependency.
Her approach to therapy is being a guide to helping clients reach their goals through exploring values, strengths. She has training in CBT, DBT, ACT, and family systems theory. Her most recent job was working with families in the Partial hospital level of care. She approaches therapy as being a team with the client in developing goals for the therapeutic process.
