Burr Ridge Nutrition Services and Prices

• Initial Counseling (60 minutes) – $100: During your first session, a comprehensive assessment of your health, medical history, current eating habits/preferences, overall lifestyle, and personal goals will be reviewed to identify your specific nutrition needs. Your dietitian will ask you to fill out a few forms before your appointment. This will allow them to pinpoint the nutritional areas that may need improvement. You will work together to find an individual and realistic approach to nutrition that fits within your lifestyle, schedule, and goals. Our registered dietitians are eager to help you become your best and happiest self.
• Follow Up Counseling (45-50 minutes) – $75: Why follow up? Follow-up appointments not only help keep you accountable but also provide the necessary support to continue meeting your nutrition objectives. During your follow-up appointments, you will review your progress toward your goals, address any issues or concerns, and explore strategies to make your healthy lifestyle changes sustainable.
• Grocery Store Tour (60 minutes) -$150: Become a better grocery shopper by discovering what is healthy at the store. Allow our dietitians to take the stress away by meeting you at a grocery store of your choice in the Burr Ridge area. Aisle by aisle, she will provide grocery shopping and meal planning tips to get you on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Learn how to make better food choices, read nutrition labels, pick out healthy on-the-go options, and discover new health products, all while getting answers to your food and nutrition questions. You may bring one additional family member or friend at no extra cost.

Additional Information:

Payment is collected at the time of service. A billing sheet will be provided after each session, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that our registered dietitians are not currently providers for insurance companies. Cash, credit card, and check are accepted.

If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, this time cannot be used for another client. Unless the cancellation is due to an emergency, you will be billed $125 to cover the cost of your missed appointment.
